Getting Started
Your first steps depend on why you're here. Pick the track below that matches your job.
If you're setting up the account
Getting a team onto Atanzo AI properly touches a few different pieces — sign-in, reference material, people, and billing — so it's worth setting aside real, focused time rather than squeezing it in between other things. Budget time for the knowledge upload in particular; it depends on how much material you have.
Step 1 — Sign In
Sign in to your account using the email and password you received when your account was created. Make sure to select the correct region (Global or Europe) before signing in — an account created in one region cannot sign in from the other.
Step 2 — Set Up Your Profile
Complete your profile so the platform knows your role and preferences.
Step 3 — Upload Your Knowledge
Add documents to your Knowledge Base — manuals, work instructions, and safety codes. This is what lets the assistant surface the right reference material at the right moment during a task, instead of a worker having to search for it.
Step 4 — Invite Your Team
Add the people who'll run tasks. See Team & Users for the roles available and who should have which one — most field staff only need a run-only account that starts and completes tasks and cannot administer anything.
Step 5 — Check Your Credits
Confirm the account has usage available before your team starts running tasks. See Credits & Billing.
If you've been invited to use it
This track is quick — sign in and you can go straight into your first guided task.
Step 1 — Sign In
Sign in to your account using the email and password you were given. Make sure to select the correct region (Global or Europe) — you were told which one when you were invited.
Step 2 — Run Your First Guided Task
Follow a guided task from start to finish. Pick a task, press Start, and the system walks you through each step. Respond by voice, text, or camera — whichever is easiest for the job in front of you.
Step 3 — Check for a Session Report
Session reports are a Coaching Mode capability. If your account has Coaching Mode provisioned, a session report appears when you finish, showing what you covered and what to check — worth a look after every session, not just the first. If you don't see one, your account may not be provisioned for Coaching Mode; check with your administrator.
What's Next
Once you've run your first task, explore what else Atanzo AI can do. Input Modes explains the different ways to interact on the floor, and the mobile app covers running the same tasks from your phone. Coaching Mode offers a different style of real-time guidance. And if your account includes automation capabilities, Agents can handle compliance, documentation, and back-office tasks automatically as work gets done.
