Mobile App Overview

The Atanzo AI Console app puts guided tasks and coaching sessions on the phone your team already carries. It's the same account, the same tasks, and the same reports as the browser console — built for the floor rather than a desk, so it handles camera and microphone access the way a phone expects, and it's ready the moment you pick up the device.

When to Use the App

Reach for the app whenever the work happens away from a computer: on a shop floor, at a customer site, on a ladder, or anywhere carrying a laptop isn't practical. Anything you can do in a guided task or coaching session in the browser, you can do from the app.

Getting the App

The Atanzo AI Console app is available for both iOS and Android. Ask your administrator how your organization distributes it to your device if you don't already have it installed.

Signing In

Sign in with the same email and password you use for the Atanzo AI console, and pick the correct region when prompted. See Signing In for how region selection works and what to do if sign-in fails.

If your administrator set up your account with a temporary password, the app will ask you to choose a new one the first time you sign in — enter it once, confirm it, and you're in. If you've forgotten your password entirely, follow Resetting Your Password — the reset flow is the same regardless of which device you finish it on.

Finding Your Work

The home screen lists what you're set up to run — guided tasks, coaching sessions, or both, depending on your account. Tap one to start it.

If your account has access to more than one set of reference material, you'll see a switcher near the top of the screen. Use it to pick which set is active before you start — this changes which manuals, work instructions, and documents the assistant can draw on when it answers your questions during a session, so switching to the right one before you begin means your answers come from the right source material.

Asking Questions by Text

Every screen with an active session has a keyboard icon that opens a text box. Use it any time speaking out loud isn't practical — a quiet space, a noisy one where voice recognition struggles, or a moment where you'd rather read than listen. Type your question or response and the assistant answers exactly as it would out loud.

What's in Settings

Settings holds your account-level options:

  • Profile — your name, contact details, and display language. See Your Profile.
  • Team — if you manage other users, invite and manage them here. See Team & Users.
  • Connected Services — the outside accounts and tools your agents can act on your behalf through. See Connecting Your Services.
  • Credits & Billing — how much usage your account has consumed. See Credits & Billing.

Pairing Smart Glasses (Coming Soon)

Smart glasses support isn't available yet. Once it launches, pairing will be handled from a dedicated screen in the app — see the pairing section in Input Modes for details.

Camera and Microphone Permissions

The first time you start a voice or video session, the app asks for microphone access, and for video sessions it also asks for camera access. Allow both so the session can start.

If you accidentally deny a permission, the app will let you know it can't continue and offer a way to open your device's settings directly — from there, turn the permission back on for Atanzo AI and return to the app. You won't need to reinstall anything; the app will pick up the change immediately.
